My 3 Best HubSpot Automations for Driving Scalable Business Growth

1. Lead Scoring and Segmentation

Objective: Prioritise and categorise leads based on their behaviour and engagement within the buyers cycle.

How: Set up a lead scoring model that assigns points for various interactions (e.g., website visits, email opens, form submissions). Use automation to segment leads into categories (hot, warm, cold) based on their scores. This ensures that the sales team focuses on leads with the highest potential for conversion, which accelerates the sales cycle and uses resources efficiently.

2. LinkedIn Integration for Lead Nurture

Objective: Serve retargeting ads to warm up contacts in your CRM.

How: Integrate LinkedIn Campaign Manager with HubSpot via the App Marketplace. Create a list of warm leads to serve retargeting ads to in HubSpot, and then create this same audience as a Matched Audience in LinkedIn. This automation ensures ads are seen by contacts that are most likely to be interested which ultimately moves them further along the buyer cycle with the aim of taking action and converting.

3. Sales Alert automation for Hot Leads

Objective: Enable the sales team to promptly follow up with high-potential leads.

How: Implement automated sales alerts that notify the sales team when a lead reaches a predefined high score or exhibits buying signals.This ensures timely follow-ups and allows the sales team to strike while the lead is most engaged, increasing the likelihood of conversion.
